RETURN/ EXCHANGE/ CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION

For cancellation requests, please contact us immediately at info@babblencoddle.com. We can process your cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE:

Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or the wrong item.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us at info@babblencoddle.com with your order number, details, and attach photos or videos of the issue within 7 days after receipt. We will assess and assist in resolving the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Once the new and unused item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or the wrong item, we will contact you to arrange a replacement. In the event the item cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued. Please note that this process may take some time.

* Babble and Coddle reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if the state of the item, including packaging and item condition, does not meet our specified requirements.

 

Defective Item:

If you believe your item is defective, please set it aside and refrain from using it, as we may need the item in its original condition for further evaluation. We will assess the item and may send it to the supplier to confirm the defect. A replacement will only be dispatched once the defect is confirmed.

 

Damaged Item:

'Damaged items' refer to harm or impairment to the actual item itself (excluding packaging) that is discovered upon receipt. While we make every effort to ensure that the product reaches you in optimal condition, damages to items can occasionally occur during transit. It's important to note that damage to the packaging, especially during transit, does not constitute a defect.
