For orders below $60, there is a flat delivery rate of $5.
Standard delivery typically takes three to seven working days for orders to be processed and delivered. Some orders may take longer to process, especially during sale periods, around public holidays, and due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse and an SMS from our appointed courier delivery company with the delivery details.
In the event of:
Change of address request, please contact us immediately at info@babblencoddle.com. We can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Multiple delivery failures, the order will be returned to us. Under such cases, a redelivery fee of $5 will be charged to resend the order.
